Dr. Johanne Seguin received her dental degree from McGill University. She joined the Jewish General Hospital in a multidisciplinary residency and she received her postgraduate certificate in Orthodontics from the l’Université de Montréal.
Since 1990, she maintains a solo practice in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Dr. Seguin is a member of the Quebec Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Association of Orthodontists and American Association of Orthodontists.
In 2016, Dr. Seguin has completed a formation in 3-D orthodontics at the Orametrix institute in Dallas allowing her to provide this service to her west island patients.
Dr. Seguin has a passion which is to help the young people develop an interest in orthodontics, that’s why you will see her on Friday’s being a part-time faculty clinical professor in the department of Orthodontics at the McGill University.
Dr. Seguin was the president of the Quebec Association of Orthodontists from 2002-2003, and is still active in the organization, as the Quebec Insurance Representative.
Because of the events of the last few days, Quebec dentists have mobilized to postpone non-urgent appointments for the next two weeks to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. We wish to inform you that the Dr. Johanne Séguin Orthodontist clinic is temporarily CLOSED as of today, Monday, March 16, until May 1st. We will contact you by phone to change the dates of your appointments.
